We always strive to provide you with the Goods you order. However, due to availability limitations from time to time, certain items may be unavailable for delivery.

If your order is not able to be fulfilled, we will refund you in full for all of the items that are unavailable. To ensure a secure process, we reserve the right to terminate your order if it is unable to be successfully processed or if our team has reasonable suspicion that you have completed the purchase via unscrupulous means.

To ensure a satisfactory customer experience, we will address any returns or defective goods in line with our Returns Policy.
9. Delivery and Shipping
To ensure timely delivery and satisfaction, shipping will be conducted in keeping with our Shipping Information page.
Delivery of the Goods (Delivery) is taken to occur at the time that:
● Once you, or your nominated carrier, acquire the Goods at Closet16’s address.
● Whether you’re there or not, Closet16 (or its nominated carrier) will provide the Goods directly to your designated address.
When the order is ready, Closet16 requires you to receive or collect it. However, if, for some reason, delivery cannot be made when scheduled, a fee may be charged by Closet16 to cover redelivery and/or storage expenses.
Although we strive to deliver your Goods on the estimated date or time, please understand that these are only estimates and you will still accept delivery even if it arrives earlier or later. Closet16 cannot be held responsible for any loss due to a delay in delivery, although should there be an extended period of delay after the expected date, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
10. Risk and Title
When you or your freight company collects the Goods from us, it is now your responsibility to insure them against any potential damage or loss. On the other hand, if we are arranging delivery of these goods straight to you instead, then both risk and ownership will be transferred over once Delivery has been completed.
Upon receiving the product, please inspect and pay for it in the presence of the delivery man. Should there be any issue with your purchase, do not remit payment and kindly return it to them immediately. Kindly ensure that you have tried on or measured said item while they are still present; no further claims can be made once they depart, nor will any legal action be accepted after such time has passed.
11. Promotions, Discounts, and Final sale
Closet16 is always offering exclusive promotions, discounts, and final sales that may come with its own distinct conditions. Take advantage of these amazing opportunities by regularly checking for updates!
Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers such as store-wide discounts, final sale items, package deals, and coupons must be used alone and cannot be combined. For instance, you can’t apply a ‘200 Tk Discount coupon during an existing ‘20% Off’ Sale.
Our final sale items are offered at a minimum of 20% off, and unfortunately, they cannot be refunded for money back unless determined to be defective.
Closet16 reserves the right to:

● In the event that an order with a promotional discount or code has been incorrectly applied or not in accordance with the terms and conditions of such discount/code, it must be canceled.
12. Termination
