At Alpha, we strive to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with theirpurchases. We offer a hassle-free return policy so that you can shop with confidence.
If the Product you have received is ‘Damaged,’ ‘Defective,’ or ‘Not as Described,’ don’t hesitate to return it immediately. To ensure a smooth process, please inspect the item in front of our Delivery Boy before signing off on its receipt.
You can return the Products if:
● You received a defective Product.
● You received a physically damaged Product.
● The Product is different from the description on the website.
● Size issue( If the vendor provides the wrong size).
To avoid any potential issues after delivery, kindly measure the dress in front of the delivery personnel. We will not be able to address or accept complaints post-delivery nor consider legal recourse once they have departed.
